Supervising projects is a complex activity that involves dealing with four constant components: expenditure, timing, duration and quality. A bit more challenging objective is to optimize business organization and resource attribution. The majority of tasks employ such components as people, money, and equipment to deliver something of value and meet objectives. To work with projects effectively one should deal with several factors.
