Who of Them is the Bad Guy?

As the US Illegal Internet Gambling Act is broadcasting the news on money and the Internet, many wonder what the real difference between online gaming and e-commerce is.

Let us take two people sitting in their workplaces both risking their money on Internet, while one of them is violating the legislative norms, the other one is not. One of these men is a day trader, and with no respect to how you take that, that businessman is venturing his funds for the risk to have an interest of each transaction. I guess that both these men are using the Internet for one aim. Nevertheless, the one that is gambling online is currently participating in a prohibited industry. Why criminal?
